We offer a 30-day return or exchange policy for items in original, unworn condition with all security tags intact. Please note that custom-designed pieces and engraved items are final sale.
Are the watches sold on your site covered by a warranty?
As an authorized retailer for all brands we carry, every timepiece is covered by the manufacturer's official international warranty. CD Peacock also provides additional technical support through our in-house service center.
